Some regular happenings at Sunflower House

Every weekday: Folkestone Town Sprucer.  Monday to Friday, 8am to 9am, job-seekers and volunteers assemble for refreshments and briefings before heading out for four hours to litter-pick and spruce-up the infrastructure of the town and district. Tuesdays: Pilates with Maxine.  7pm to 8pm. The focus is on movement with breath to tune into our individual selves, helping improve the mind and body well-being.  

Wednesdays: Baking Club. 10am to 1pm. Run by the United Response charity for adults with special needs. Users attend with carers. For information, call 01303 270024 or visit unitedresponse.org.uk
