Sunflower House operates seven days a week, morning, afternoon and evening from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. (8 p.m. on Sundays). As well as the spacious main hall, Sunflower House has a well-equipped kitchen, toilets with baby-changing and disabled facilities, a lobby and wi-fi.

To make a booking, check the calendar below to see if your slot is available and then e-mail sunflowerhousebooking@gmail.com with your requirements. Please indicate the nature of your event and likely numbers as well as your preferred time(s) and date(s). Our bookings manager, Keith Wren, will follow up as soon as possible and send you a booking pack once the details have been finalised. All bookings must be negotiated by e-mail.

It is important that you factor in your getting-in time at the beginning of your booking, and clearing-up time at the end. The hall must be vacated in a clean and tidy fashion with cutlery, crockery and furniture back where you found it. A clean and tidy venue is as important to the booking that follows yours as it is to you.

The standard hire charges are as follows:

£10 an hour from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

£ 15 an hour from Monday to Friday from 6 p.m to 10 p.m.

£ 15 an hour Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Saturdays) or 8 p.m. (Sundays)

A deposit is required to secure the booking, value at the discretion of the bookings manager. A further deposit of £20 is required for keys to the venue.

The deposits will be refunded within 72 hours of the event after a satisfactory inspection. Regular clients will be provided with their own set of keys for the duration of their booking. Please be sure to familiarise yourself with our Terms & Conditions of hire.
