Tuesday Slow Flow Yoga
This class is great for beginners and anyone who needs to put their foot on the brakes and slow down. It focuses on mindful movement with breath, deep stretching and holding asanas (postures) for longer so you can indulge in your mind and body connection.
Saturday Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a faster-paced class open to beginners and experienced students alike. With repeated sequences, there is an opportunity to really embody the phrase ‘going with the flow. This class will help to strengthen the body and build self-confidence as we move through some dynamic postures. Challenge yourself when you want to and rest when you need to is the Vinyasa way.
Class days and times may change after 15th August 2021. Students must bring their own yoga mats. Classes are £6 and need to be booked through my website: lisamallonyoga.com
Kirsty Shardlow Dance
KDance Studios offers dance classes for children between the ages of 4 and 12. Styles such as contemporary dance and street dance are taught throughout the week. I offer dance classes through the summer and half terms and I will soon be adding pre-school classes to the timetable. My main aim is to share my passion for dance and for children to have fun, gain confidence and be happy.
